Lamb karahi







   600g lamb neck
   3 pieces cinnamon
  5 cloves
  2 big onion, 3 cardamoms
  2 medium potatoes, 2 tsp paprika
  2 tomato, 2/2 tsp  chili powder
  2.6 cm ginger, 2/2 tsp turmeric
  2 cloves garlic • 2/2 tsp gram masala


Method

Cook the sliced onion in a little oil till lightly brown. 
Put cinnamon, pieces, and cardamom. Add the grated ginger
and garlic and cook fine.

Put the beef, turn up the heat and brown the meat. 
Next, putt the powder flavors and cook for a minute.
Put the sliced tomato, a little water and salt to taste.
cook for at least 1 hour. At the end add the potatoes and cook for

another 1/2  hour .
