Ingredients
Ground beef 550 g
2 Big onions sliced
3-4 Pieces of Garlic
2-3 Boxes of cut tomatoes 450 g
The crush of tomato pulp
2 teaspoon of chili ash
2 teaspoon of crushed cumin
Dash of Worcester paste
Shake of salted and pepper
2 Cut red pepper
2 tin of drained food beans 450g
Method
1) Cook the onion in a burning pan with oil till nearly brown then add sliced
garlic.
2) Increase the mincemeat and mixing until brown drain any extra fat if wanted
3) Add all dry flavors and seasoning then decrease heat and add sliced
tomatoes.
4) Stir fine and add tomato mash and Worcester paste then leave to boil
for about an hour.
