Hot Afghani Spiced Potatoes

  

  3 medium potatoes

  2 tsp crushed coriander

  2/4 tsp chili powder

  3 tsp gram masala

  3 tsp paprika

Method

Blend all the flavors with a little oil.

 wash and cut the potatoes into average sized pieces.

Covering the potatoes with the hot marinade.

Overheat in the oven at 190◦C for about 50 minutes.
