2/2 onion
3 green chili
2/2 tsp chili powder
2 pieces garlic
2 cm ginger
2 tsp gram masala
bread scraps
Method
Grill the ginger and garlic then slice and deseed the chili.
Superbly slice the onion.
then mix the ginger, chili, and onion with the crushed
beef, the pounded spices and a trickle of breadcrumbs. Salt
for taste.
Form into fat sausage figures round woody skewers and chill
for at least 1.5 hours.
Cook in the stove at 170 ◦C for about 35 mints.
